Returns & Exchanges
Items purchased on lemondeberyl.com are eligible for return, exchange or a credit note, valid for 12 months provided they are returned within 14 days of the delivery date. Returns outside this window may be accepted at our discretion.
Full price purchases made online between 5 December and 24th December 2024 can be returned up until 15th January, 2025. For sale purchases, our usual policy will apply.
Please note that return fee's apply and are as follows: £5 for UK, £15 for EU, £20 for US and £25 for Rest of the World.
Please ensure items are unused, unworn, in perfect and saleable condition, with all original tags, dust bag and packaging, accompanied by the original delivery note. Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels will be refused. When trying on the items, please be mindful not to scratch the soles or mark the shoe box. Please place the shoe box inside another box in order to prevent damage during shipping.
Items purchased during our seasonal sales are final and are not eligible for refunds. Exchanges or credit notes will be accepted only for items shipped within the UK. Additionally, we cannot accept returns or claims for Le Monde Beryl items purchased from other retailers.
By placing an order you automatically agree to these terms and policies.
Arrange a return
1. Log into our return portal with your order number including the # prefix and the email address used to place the order:

2. Follow the instructions on the portal, selecting the reason for the return, and if you would like to request a refund, exchange or credit note.
3. Please pack your items securely in the original box and include the original invoice from your order inside the package.
4. Print the return waybill label downloaded from our return portal and affix it to the outside of the box. The waybill label should always be visible on the front of the parcel.
5. Orders from outside the UK returned with DHL are paperless and do not require printed copies of the commercial invoices.
6. Please drop off the parcel at a DHL location or schedule a pick-up online, at DHL access point locator.
Once the item(s) have been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment (excluding the initial shipping cost) within 14 working days. For exchange requests, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been dispatched.
If you choose to return your items to us independently they should be returned to: Attn: Le Monde Beryl, 3 & 3a, Bluebell Business Park, Sheffield Park, East Sussex, TN22 3HQ. You are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting or the relevant courier’s airway bills and documentation and advised to arrange your own insurance. Le Monde Beryl will not accept responsibility for parcels that are lost in transit. Please read our terms for further information or email us at customercare@lemondeberyl.com.
Faulty Items
If you receive an item that is faulty or has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours by email at customercare@lemondeberyl.com or via our return portal. Select the return reason as “Faulty item” and provide photographic evidence and product details. Our team will be in contact to offer an exchange (subject to applicability and availability). In the case of damage incurred during shipment, we must be notified within 48 hours of delivery in order to process the return.
Terms of sale
Please note, during sale periods and promotions terms of sale may vary. Kindly refer to the Return Policy above and disclaimers given on the website during these events. By placing an order you automatically agree to these terms and policies.
Le Monde Beryl will offer a refund provided that the products are returned unused, unworn, unaltered, in perfect and saleable condition, with all original tags and packaging attached and accompanied by the original sales receipt. We cannot accept returns of personalised or special-order items.
Please note that you have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the items while they are in your possession and we hold the right to deny returns if the merchandise does not meet our policy requirements.
Orders outside of the UK, EU, US, Canada and Australia may be subject to duty and tax charges. Le Monde Beryl is not responsible for paying these duty and tax charges, nor for their reimbursement. Information about duties and taxes will be visible at check out.
Le Monde Beryl will cover the return costs for faulty items or items that are damaged in transit to you in which case you should contact customercare@lemondeberyl.com with photographic evidence. In the case of damage incurred during shipment, we must be notified within 48 hours of delivery in order to process the return.

Items are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty.
