SHIPPING
All orders are shipped from the UK. We aim process orders within 48 hours Monday to Friday, excluding public bank holidays, with a cut off time of 1pm for UK Next-Day Delivery Service and International Priority service.
DUTIES
Orders shipping to the UK, EU, United States, Canada and Australia are dispatched on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) service, where import taxes and duties have been pre-paid, so there will be no additional charges upon delivery. Orders outside of the UK, EU, US, Canada and Australia may be subject to duty and tax charges. Le Monde Beryl is not responsible for paying these duty and tax charges, nor for their reimbursement. Information about duties and taxes will be visible at check out.
RETURNS
Items purchased on lemondeberyl.com are eligible for return, exchange or a credit note, valid for 12 months provided they are returned within 14 days of the delivery date. Please ensure the item is unused, unworn, in perfect and saleable condition, with all original tags and packaging attached, accompanied by the original delivery note.
SALE RETURNS
Items purchased during our seasonal sales are final and are not eligible for refunds. Exchanges or credit notes will be accepted only for items shipped within the UK. For more information, please visit our returns page.
