We offer free standard shipping worldwide on all lemondeberyl.com orders over £200. Standard shipping may take between 3-15 working days depending on the destination. Priority shipping is also available with more information and rates visible at checkout. All orders are shipped from the UK and processed within 48 hours Monday to Friday, excluding public bank holidays, with a cut off time of 1pm for UK Next-Day Delivery Service and International Priority service.
RETURNS
Items purchased on lemondeberyl.com are eligible for return, exchange or a credit note, valid for 12 months provided they are returned within 14 days of the delivery date. Please ensure the item is unused, unworn, in perfect and saleable condition, with all original tags and packaging attached, accompanied by the original delivery note.
Items purchased during our seasonal sales are final and are not eligible for refunds. Exchanges or credit notes will be accepted only for items shipped within the UK. For more information, please visit our returns page.
