Shipping

All lemondeberyl.com orders are shipped from the UK.

We aim to process orders within 48 hours Monday to Friday, excluding public bank holidays, before 11am for UK Next-Day Delivery Service and International Express services. All purchases will be shipped in our branded Le Monde Béryl shoe box with a cotton dust bag.

UK Shipping

We offer complimentary standard shipping within the United Kingdom, and next-day delivery for £14. Next day orders must be placed before 11am, Monday-Friday to be received the following business day.

International Shipping

We offer complimentary express DDP shipping on orders over £/€/$250 to the United States, Europe, Canada, Australia and Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain). Orders to these countries are dispatched on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning all import taxes and duties are included, and there will be no additional charges upon delivery.

Orders outside of the United States, Europe, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and the Middle East (GCC) may be subject to duty and tax charges. Le Monde Béryl is not responsible for paying these duty and tax charges, nor for their reimbursement. Information about duties and taxes will be shown at check out. If you refuse a shipment from Le Monde Béryl, you are still responsible for the original shipping charges and any import fees, duties and taxes that are incurred on the package if applicable.

For security reasons, all lemondeberyl.com orders require a signature upon delivery. Please be aware that our service is not a named delivery service and anyone at the designated delivery address may sign for your delivery. We will not be liable for a lost or missing order that has been signed for in a building, for example an office address that has been provided for delivery.

US customs may ask for your IRS, EIN or SSN number before delivery to your address can be made. At most times, customers will have a week to provide this information before the order is returned to us for a refund.

If no one is available to sign for the delivery, the driver will make a total of three delivery attempts. If there is still no one available to sign for the package, after 5 days with no communication, it will be returned to our warehouse.

Delays in delivery that are outside of our control are sometimes unavoidable due to customs checks or issues on the side of the freight forwarder, Le Monde Beryl takes no responsibility for these delays. If you require the items to be delivered by a specific date, please order within plenty of time to avoid disappointment.
