Shipping

All orders are shipped from the UK. We offer free standard shipping on orders over £200 to over 130 countries all over the world. Shipping may take between 3-15 working days depending on the destination. Priority shipping is also available with more information and rates visible at checkout.

All orders are processed within 48 hours from Monday to Friday, excluding public bank holidays, with cut off time by 1pm for UK Next-Day Delivery Service and International Priority service.

Orders shipping to the UK, EU, United States, Canada and Australia are dispatched on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) service, where import taxes and duties have been pre-paid, so there will be no additional charges upon delivery. 

Orders outside of the UK, EU, US, Canada and Australia may be subject to duty and tax charges. Le Monde Beryl is not responsible for paying these duty and tax charges, nor for their reimbursement. Information about duties and taxes will be visible at check out.

If you refuse a shipment from Le Monde Béryl, you are still responsible for the original shipping charges and any import fees, duties and taxes that are incurred on the package if applicable.

Delays in delivery that are outside of our control are sometimes unavoidable due to customs checks or issues on the side of the freight forwarder, Le Monde Beryl takes no responsibility for these delays. If you require the items to be delivered by a specific date, please order within plenty of time to avoid disappointment.
