SHIPPING
All orders are shipped from the UK. We offer complimentary standard shipping for orders over £200 within the United Kingdom and £14 for next-day shipping. All international orders are shipped with Fedex Express. Europe: £15, United States, Canada and Australia £20, Rest of World: £25.
DUTIES
Orders shipping to the United States, Canada, Europe and Australia are dispatched on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) service, where import taxes and duties have been pre-paid, so there will be no additional charges upon delivery. Orders outside of the UK, Europe, United States, Canada and Australia may be subject to duty and tax charges. Le Monde Beryl is not responsible for paying these duty and tax charges, nor for their reimbursement. Information about duties and taxes will be visible at check out.
RETURNS
Items purchased on lemondeberyl.com are eligible for return, exchange or a credit note, valid for 12 months provided they are returned within 14 days of the delivery date. Please ensure the item is unused, unworn, in perfect and saleable condition, with all original tags and packaging attached, accompanied by the original delivery note. Please note that return fee's apply and are as follows: £5 for UK, £8 for EU, £10 for US and £15 for Rest of the World. All order are eligible for one complimentary exchange.
