If you need to amend or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We are unable to make any changes once your order has been dispatched.

If your size is unavailable, you can sign up to our waitlist on the product page to be notified if and when the product is restocked. If you are interested in an item that is not available to buy online, you can send us an email and we will try to find the item for you.

Some styles are available to pre-order with estimated dispatch dates shown at checkout. Your card is charged immediately to reserve your pair and we will email you the tracking details once they have been dispatched. Please note the estimated shipping date shown on the product page is not a guarantee and it may change after you place your order.

We ship worldwide from the United Kingdom. Orders are processed within 48 hours, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Delivery options, and costs will be displayed at checkout.

We offer complimentary express DDP shipping to the United States, Europe, Canada, Australia and Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain). Orders to these countries are dispatched on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning all import taxes and duties are included, and there will be no additional charges upon delivery.

International orders outside of these countries may be subject to local customs duties or taxes. These charges are determined by your country and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Once your shoes have been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can track the delivery as a signature will be required.

To ensure your shoes arrive safely, deliveries require a signature. If no one is available to sign for your delivery, the driver will make a total of three delivery attempts. If there is still no one available to sign for the package, after 5 days with no communication, it will be returned to our warehouse.

Once we have received and processed your return, you will be notified by email. Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow up to 14 days for the return to be processed and for the funds to appear in your account.

Items purchased during sale periods are final sale and not eligible for refunds. Please refer to the product page and return policy for details.

If you receive an item that is faulty or has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours by email at customercare@lemondeberyl.com or via our return portal. Select the return reason as “Faulty item” and provide photographic evidence and product details. Our team will be in contact to offer an exchange (subject to applicability and availability). In the case of damage incurred during shipment, we must be notified within 48 hours of delivery in order to process the return.

Items are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. Please note that items which are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, by accident, or through misuse will not be considered faulty.

We cannot accept returns or claims for Le Monde Béryl items purchased from other retailers or second-hand sites.

To preserve the beauty of your Le Monde Béryl shoes we recommend:

Before first wear, you could apply a gentle leather protector, taking time to cover the surface evenly and completely.

Let the leather breathe. Always dry at room temperature, away from direct heat or sun.

Between wears, allow your shoes to rest. When not in use, store them in their dust bag in a cool, dry place. Gently use a dry, clean and soft cloth to remove any marks, and avoid any harsh substances.

More specifically: for calf or nappa leather use a soft damped (in lukewarm water) cloth and gently rub the dust or marks to remove, for suede use a brush and brush it in the direction of the grain. For shoes with textile or natural finishes, use a fabric protector suited to delicate materials.

Should the sole become uneven or start splitting, we suggest re-soling at your local cobbler to give them a new life.

If your shoes become wet, gently pat dry with a soft cloth and allow them to dry naturally at room temperature. Do not rub or apply direct heat.
